Tony Greenacre is the owner of a company that runs weekend paddleboard tours. He says there needs to be a right to paddle across more rivers in Britain. Paddle boarding has been criticised for potentially damaging delicate habitats. But he insists it's safe and everyone can do it if they are aware of the dangers.
