Pack West Bank Corp traded down to $2.48 in the New York Community Bank, and Schwab traded $45 around the same time. It's becoming clear that we're not going into recession, at least not a bad one, which makes it really hard to knock out these decent banks. When times were still bad, you couldn't have a day where people told you that it was going to make it.
