Is It OKa to Lock Your Cat Out of a Room or Closet?

The author's dog, coco, is getting deaf and blind. She likes to go into the depths of my closet and curl up and nap for hours on end. i do miss her when she goes in there, yes, but i also think it is her right to live her life on her terms.
