Bonjoon Ho's the Han River
Bonjoon Ho has such a way of depicting people in positions of authority that make you immediately understand why everyone who works underneath them hates them. There's scenes in this in particular where I wasn't sure if I was supposed to think it was funny or not. And then he almost gives you permission to laugh at it when you're not really sure. He does such a good job. It's also just so funny. His movies are so funny in a really dark, very dark way.
