The reason why there is so much stuff on that page is really, it's, it'sno, there's nothing i can do about it. Er, basically i have to include all of the content on one page because that way, er, all of thecontent becomes available on my r s s feed. Don't grab the, don't use your curser to grab the little scroll bar. Just click the arrows. That's probably the best way to do it. Other, just other bits of technical news are that sometimes it does take me quite a long time to produce podcasts, especially if i'm busy right that.
