How to Find the Right Home for You
There's not a lot of $209,920 homes out there. You can't find new construction at those two price points. The average 10 year tenure is 15.8 years on the average tenure. People are staying in their homes a long time. And if you don't think this, this money printing, you know, parade that the fed went on last couple of years and got people into 3%, 2.5% interest rates is going to keep people in their homes even longer. These numbers probably are going nowhere but up.
