Leadership team has to have a thematic goal, like a rallying cry. It gives just enough structure to the amoeba where it's like we might all be running around in different directions but it's in service of this big, you know, thematic goal that we have. The other thing that I'm observing is happening within the table group, right? Working genius is just taking off.
