What Are Circles?

The organization, well, it's amazing. And we had like a 14 year old having an equal voice on the board as the adults. We even had one time, a student who was 14 years old, get elected as the representative from the 11 to 14 year olds into the members circle then into the community circle and then to the board. So this circle was just the teachers circle. We called it the staff circle because it also included administrative staff. The member circle connected to a central circle that we called community circle which just connected the kids, the parents and the staff. Everybody's elected to ther those connecting positions.
