The Four Horsemen of the United States

Aaron Carroll: I call it like the four horsemen of the United States. There's basically four states that like the federal news comes out of its New York, Texas, Florida and California. He says two of those are more adversarial; one is definitely more pro Bitcoin in Texas. Carroll: Is there a way that we could split down the middle of adopting partisan views on Bitcoin?
