How to Qualify a Quant Question

In the qual bucket, we want to better understand why people are buying multiple books at once and how they perceive it in order to say improve our buying experience. So that's a very generative kind of methodology, which again looks at big like conversation based information. In the evaluative bucket, this is looking at evaluating a concept, an idea, a prototype, a product, and how that product or stimulus works in front of a person. And so this is really looking into that preconceived thing that's stimulus and how people are interacting and reacting to it.
