The C Sequence Is a Must Have for Senior Athletes

The C sequence stands out as probably the most obvious and most versatile. The ones that you may manipulate some small things, but ultimately it's what anyone else would refer to as your accessory or your supplementary exercises. I think in a lot of senior athletes, sometimes you'll see them fail in the squad. They're just not skilled enough to be able to put the bar in the right position. There's a big essence to building that skill because you can then add more load and therefore increase that force output.
