In 1999, he rented another apartment and had her live in it alone. He told the building manager she was his adopted daughter that he had rescued from abusive parents. Isabella wasn't working, obviously, because she just had to be there for him all the time. So she's just kind of like hanging out a lot. And she started meeting people online. Her friends were into vampire role-playing games. She met this group that would actually like live action role play in the woods as like vampires and shit. That was the chat rooms. I've never been in an actual chat room. Yeah, didn't you pretend to be Buffy all the time? Hell yeah, like RPGs.
