You wrote a column recently arguing that every health care worker needs to be vaccinated, without exception. Why do you think it's crucial that all health care workers get vaccinated? They work with the most vulnerable people. You can't afford to have viras circulating. Even if all the patients are vaccinated, which most of them are, it's not a hundred % effective.
