How to Parse Out Library Calls in GitHub Scripts
A new tool allows you to see what packages are being loaded into your R session. The code is publicly available on Google's BigQuery service, but if you get yourself an API key with the service, you'll be able to run this exact code in your R session because all of this is publicly available. It takes a lot of data manipulation and like I said, a lot of regex kind of magic, if you will. But once he was able to get this sample set parsed out, he wasable to look at a few random samplings of these looks like about 4,000 files that came through.
