There was evidence in the lead up to the public rescinding where the Premier was very keen to, well, could see the writing on the wall that the proposal wouldn't work. And so therefore was looking for a political way to step off, right? And you talked about off-ramping. So I think the political maneuvering is a big part of it, even though this particular person wants to see it set in stone, as we all do. It's understanding how that works, which can also give you some comfort around.
