We don't reflect ion, writ; so even if it's journaling, doing a daily journal, reflecting back on your day, different things,. One of the things you can do with that journal is kind of describe the behaviors that you have - then you can start searching for those negative patterns. That's kind of a behavior mapping piece. So get some ots of help, behavior mapping, mindfulness, all things that you people can do.
