Innovation - How Does It Fit Into Innovation?

There are three kinds of innovations. One i would say i call them able innovations. An adjacent innovation is taking an existing product and trying to find a new application for it in an adjacent market segment. And then the third is break through innovations, or the moon shots - you need them just in case the whole rug gets pulled from under your feet. So all three are important. That the key is to realize what you are good at. The way we have done that, at least in the growth ax, is there are times when we don't have enough good ideas from coming up from employees.
