The second strategy here, we're going to get back into some more conventional fitness and diet related advice here. And number two is eat slow and savor. So what we're talking about here is the speed of eating and the way you focus while eating. There seems to be some evidence that if we do savor a meal very intentionally, we have what appears to be kind of a heightened memory of that satisfying eating experience. That memory seems to carry over a bit throughout the remainder of the day such that if you have this really satisfying lunch that's kind of burned into your memory, because you really savored it and took your time with it, there is some evidence to suggest that perhaps
