The Importance of Intent Filters in Hacking
Joel: Even if there's not an exported equals true, if there is an intent filter on it, then it's exported. So we can trigger that activity from a malicious app or maybe even from a browser. Joel: There's one caveat, which is recently Android 12 or newer, you can't install an app that doesn't explicitly define intent filters but yeah, that's the only thing to keep in mind.
