Is the Internet Changing Politics?

I wonder if we can overestimate its contribution to politics. There is a huge amount of sort of looking down, that's why I say that, upon the institutions of the liberal public sphere and saying these aren't doing what they're meant to be doing. So in sense, maybe it's just the bit of the internet that I inhabit, but there is a lot of denunciation on social media. Do you see the take up of this phase of liberalism and technocracy picked up outside of Europe and America? This is a question about the geographical scope or scale of the stories and analyses you're giving, perhaps especially to Katrina.
