What Are They Doing in Oakland?
I don't think it's going to transform our word. I think the problem is the people who put their money in it, they want their money back and a small return. We just need to give money to communities, no strings are hatched. It becomes like haite or something, but just smaller. And now we're trying to correct it through loans, if we're kicking the can down the road.
