The Problem With Sponsoring Bills in California

California is this weird thing where literally like outside organizations can be sponsors of bills. But in the case of a B2 to 7 3 the sponsor of that bill was this organization called five rights which is Baroness kidren's organization. And everyone that I've talked about this with within the sort of you know California sphere. They seem really taken in by it, even though it's somewhat fictional and based on a true story.
