How Did You Get Your Start in Judo?
I used to use a utilize an awful lot of technique heavy instruction. And it was only when I came across ecological dynamics and how technique there isn't a perfect model. So my instruction changed almost overnight. You know, as long as you're in this position in this position, you're going to be able to figure out all the parameters around it. But I think that's, that's one of the big changes was going from having two coaches, or more than two, but two who are total opposite ends of spectrum. One is really nice guy with great music taste.
