The Importance of Respecting Distance Learning

Teachers need to respect the fact that people are doing the best they can, says Tom. It's important to set up exactly what you would do with normal class and what you should say, these are my expectations. These are the behavioral conduct norms which I need to see in order for you to do well here. If a student is late to a webinar then we need to be much more mindful of their personal circumstances before we start tearing a few strips off them.
