If i could, i would price separate mame te back office activities of intigration from things that are more value creation. In most cases, you want to move fast. But i think deciding how you will work an come together to deliver for clients is a paramount. Otherwise you have teams sometimes competing. And if you keep em separate, it just creates animosity in the market place.
