The drought in europe has meant that they haven't been able to run at full capacity. The temperature of the waters in rivers has been very hig and if you're trying to cool a nuclear reactor down, that's not good. And another problem is the fact that rivers are being very low. So it's really a kind of confluence of many different factors. In china, what we've seen is a lot of very high temperatures and low river levels, which in turn means that a lot of hydro electric power has had to be switched off. That's going to have a damping effect on growth.
