The Concept of Free Will Is Not Realized in the Laws of Nature

Can you imagine any hypothetical intelligence or universe were where you would say that there actually is free will? Or is just like causality just a basic fact ofany possible reality. I can imagine it, yes, buti er, for all i know, it's not realized in the laws of nature that we have found so far.
