Philip Boudro's Disappearance in June of Two Thousand 13
Philip boudro would reportedly call fisheries officers and threaten to burn down their houses. One retired r c m p staff sergeant has said he himself had been threatened, and that philip had once made a veiled threat against his daughter. A baseball hat belonging to philip bodro was found near the water and his green rubber boots were seen floating in the harbor.
