Healing My Relationship With My Business
Yoga has been a part of my healing ever since a chiropractor appointed me to it in 2019. I gave up sugar and caffeine and took long breaks from dairy and wheat while doing a heavy metal cleanse. On the whole, both my body and my mental emotional health have started feeling markedly more stable and healthy than they have in years. 20 minutes of daily meditation has become a cornerstone of my self-care routine.
