The Judiciary's Role in American Law
The judicial branch has traditionally taken great pains to maintain formality and respect in its proceedings. I think there are good reasons why people place greater trust in the judicial branch than any other branch, even though the judicial branch routinely hands down decisions they don't like. It's important to maintain this degree of decorum. We need Forums for in this country. That are not yielding to the present. Retore that are notielding to present rhetorical Norms. And we really, really, really need that.
