With the reads out of the silent out of bounds play. Do you at all have reads based off of where the defender guarding the inbounder is standing? If they're off, you know say maybe trying to double not let the ball and bounds you would potentially run something different. So after that you will come up with counters for that usually very simple ones that punish right away then make the other team say okay we're not going to want to do this again so you really want to discourage them.
