Getting a Project List Out of the Head of the Team

Getting clear about where you are is getting the inventory, because that's where people just say yes. If you don't have an accurate and a detailed job description, how can you renegotiate if you can actually manage all that or not? Just look at the teams. What team actually has the project list that has the team's attention right now? And it's one of the things we've seen that, just in very practical terms, gets it all out of a team's head.
