The Death of Joe Hartfield

Jamborskoutie District Attorney Cheryl Leake had a problem, a big one. No matter how suspicious Sarah's behavior or strange the conditions under which Joe Hartfield died, the case against her simply wasn't strong enough to make an arrest. Still, D.A. Leake went to work. She convened an emergency session of the County Grand Jury to see if she could get Sarah indicted now before the investigation that Joe's death was completed. So we presented everything we had at that point, and they indicted her, and then she was arrested after that. Then she will go on trial, charged with what? Murder.
