Are You All in Favor of Abortion Rights?

The idea that somehow women, by virtue of their corps identity, are all on one side of this debate is ludicrous. I mean, if you seriously think that that the overwhelming majority of women in the eighteenth century were for untrammelled abortion rights - it's just simply ludicrous. The argument against originalism is that its bad history, or its one sided history, or that it rejects social history and all this kind of stuff. You know, there are some good, ou know, there some debatable points there, but, you kno, the alternative history that people used as like this to rebut originalism is, is hypothetical history.
