How to Lead a Research Project

Research is all about mitigating risk. If you have crappy discovery sessions, we're not mitigating risk anymore. We're actually increasing the risk. So what I would really recommend is assessing their skills and telling them areas that they can improve. And then explaining your side of how important it is for you to lead these things as an expert.
