One of the most common chokepoints that I see athletes go through during races is when their expected nutrition at an aid station is not there. The activity that I came up with to do this is to basically blind your nutrition for your long runs. It's a little bit roughed in. What I want to try to do is to find a real-time example of how we would actually do something like this.
