The Benefits of Whey Protein for Muscle Building

The researchers found that whey was far more effective at Raising amino acid levels in the participants blood than plant protein. This was one study and again They didn't have a p and rice protein condition, but it does suggest that whey protein may indeed be superior for building muscle than plant protein and I personally use my plant plus product. If I were to eat let's say 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day Half of that came from my own supplement P protein rice protein the other half came from other plant foods That probably would not be enough to keep my body's muscle building machinery running at full tilt.
