The Importance of Norms in Neuropsychology

The most important thing is that for us to be aware of who's in our normative sample and does our patient look anything like anyone who's in that normative sample. The one thing I'm most worried about, and I feel like you all could probably do another whole podcast episode on it, is what are we going to do about children who were in education in 2021, even 2022? And so if I can make sure that I understand how similar or different they look with respect to the rest of the normative sample is probably the single most important thing I can do.
