Elliot Page: It seems like the identity politics temperature rising has increased the tendency of art to turn into activism. He says Sam Smith is an interesting example because we saw just in this clip from 2014, much looked like a much more healthy mentality also healthier physically. But as as time has progressed, he's kind of just rode that wave, and is sort of emblematic of this tendency for art artists to become increasingly activist.
