Is There Anything That We Can't Pin Down?

There are these dynamic archetypes in movement, which are shifting, changing. Even our memories of things are always changing. So there's no actual like, history can't be absolutized in any way because whatever our memory is of the past now is shifting and changing. But then again, is there anything that we can pin down and say, you know, this is real?
