How to Get High Quality Sleep
It's not just the quantity of sleep you get, the number of hours. You also make the case that it's the quality of sleep that really can affect your mood and your performance at work. So I'm wondering to hear a little bit more about maybe some things you do to make sure that the high quality of sleep is there. The two big ones are a dark room and a cold room. And those can certainly help to improve the quality.
