Is the Integration Team Owning Diligence?

I would like to have most if not all the diligence team become the integration team. That's my personal preference that way. But in the bigger large corporation, I would say sometimes it's not possible because the fungible of resources get pulled to different deal or different projects. So you have to help them focus in terms of where do you want the diligence going for an accident 30 to 60 days? It could also hinder some of the deal-thesis synergies. A simple as what I just mentioned to you regarding the product strategies. If the IT is not aware of the expectation integration, if people don't have the appropriate working laptop and stuff, it may hinder how quickly can you integrate
