It's a good question actually I think it comes down I think the angle depends on where we are. Some people make it sell IPL some of it just keeps the business long-term the family and maybe get dividends from it for this. We want to be able to brand that can run by itself like how some of the big brands has been around for 50 years saying that hey this is what we're gonna do so I think most importantly it's like we want to value and the brand power right now thenObviously when you know the time comes and we'll assess like how our life is that.
