What Are Some of the Mistakes You've Made?

The NVB minimum viable bot aims to solve one or two really big problems. It's meant to have worked across lots of different niches, and I've tried not to time myself down to a niche. You can tell when chatbot have done that, because you get served about three different speech bubbles worth of rubbish. The worst ones are the ones where you have to actually scroll up a little bit to get to the first part of it all. If your only reason to have a chat bot is to keep customers away from your people, then there's the wrong reasons, I think.
