And so you're in your conscious space, thinking you're talking to other conscious brains, and that's totally wrong. So i start there by saying, what is really frustrating them? What is hurting them? What are an obstacle in their life? And even if it is not related directly to my product, could i solve that problem in order to build raport? Now they come back on line to their conscious self, and now i can have a conversation
