Do You Need to Re Start Your Training?

I would say it's probably better to re start. You get so much out of program particlarly, when youve readly done it,. You often do it better the second time round. Ye, decent length perye. I've been in a sitive, two to three, positive, positive, two to 300 calory surplus for a while. Does it matter if i go over to six to 700? Sometimes goal is to perform. Goal is muscle and to perform. Very few people have the discipline to get through a 12 week programme.
