"We're going to keep doing this as long as there are disasters and humanitarian assistance is required, military will be there," says Hatter. "I think they're either poisoning them or some sort of, I don't know what they're doing... You routinely throw mice, we used to do it, but I don't known if they do it anymore." He's retired now as a Navy captain and working for Lockheed Martin in the U.S., living on cornado with his wife. 'It's just fun to watch her do something that I did for 28 years'
