Burnout is an extremely complex issue. There are, there are a thousand reasons why somebody could burn out. But speaking from the perspective of an adult with eight h d, i believe that how it contributes to burn out is we we are driven by interest, by challenge, by novelty and by urgency. Once we become bored, we start to lose our ability to focus. We check out. And then people see you checked out, and they don't realize that there's soething going on with you nerologically. They think you're a jerkor you think you're too good for this,. or, you know, you're thinking about the week endor whatever. I always say
