The Importance of Resting Neutral in Running

The shorter the ground contact like all the motions have to just be smaller and faster don't they like. The quality of the pronation will always be most optimal when the foot has a resting position of neutral so anybody who doesn't have that position of neutral is always going to have pronation and supination compromised to some extent but I call it the holy grail this what we're all striving for.
