How to Manage Diversified Funds for Biotechs
We generally manage diverse with diversified funds. We have about 250 stocks that we own at any given point in time. In biotech, it really depends upon the stage of the trial. So we'd be more inclined to hold a bigger position if the company is doing a phase three. If the company has gotten approval for the drug and is launching the drug and the sales are good, that would warrant a bigger position.
